B9 Download Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the B9 Download platform, clicking "Register", logging into your account, or using any service offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in full. Acceptance is required to use B9 Download. You also agree to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which form part of these Terms.

B9 Download reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

B9 Download is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, play or use any feature of the platform. By creating an account you declare that you are 18 or older. B9 Download may request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

Who May Register

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded or banned from B9 Download.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration & Responsibility

Each player may hold only one account on B9 Download. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different details — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you suspect someone has created an account in your name without your consent, contact B9 Download support immediately.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth and any other details requested. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms. B9 Download may request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account restriction or closure.

Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Do not share your username or password with any other person.
• B9 Download will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat.
• Notify B9 Download support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• B9 Download is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

Account Currency

All B9 Download accounts are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There is no currency conversion required. Your balance, bets, winnings and transactions are all displayed and processed in PKR.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

B9 Download supports PKR deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and compatible mobile wallets. All supported methods are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Current minimum and maximum limits for each method are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits

• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed instantly.
• Raast and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• B9 Download does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• B9 Download reserves the right to request proof of source of funds at any time.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing times vary by method. VIP Gold and Diamond tier members receive priority processing.
• B9 Download may require identity and payment verification before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts.
• B9 Download reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending verification checks.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

B9 Download may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions and VIP rewards from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and on the relevant promotion page.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device and IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• B9 Download reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it suspects abuse, collusion or fraudulent activity.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering terms.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are complete, the bonus and bonus-derived winnings may be removed from the balance.
• B9 Download may modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

B9 Download offers a range of entertainment including Live Casino games (Baccarat, Teen Patti, Roulette, Blackjack, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger), Slot Games, and Sports Betting covering Cricket, PSL, T20 international matches, Football and Esports. Each game category and individual game title operates under its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant section of the platform.

Bets & Results

• All bets are final once confirmed. B9 Download does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a verified platform error.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for Slot Games and by live dealer processes for Live Casino titles.
• Sports Betting results are determined by official match outcomes. In the event of a dispute, B9 Download's decision on result settlement is final.
• In the unlikely event of a game or platform malfunction, any affected bets may be voided and stakes returned at B9 Download's discretion.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and vary by title and account tier. VIP members on higher tiers may access increased table limits in the Live Casino section. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market before you place a bet.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on B9 Download. Any player found engaging in these activities will have their account suspended, balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using any software, bot, script, exploit or automated system to interact with B9 Download games or the platform.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through collusion with other players, dealers or platform staff.
• Any form of fraud, including providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your personal information.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds connected to criminal activity.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or loopholes in the platform software — any winnings derived from a known error must be reported and will be voided.
• Allowing another person to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• Opening more than one account per person.
• Registering if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute any part of the B9 Download platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

B9 Download is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming is entertainment. It should always be approached with a clear PKR budget, a time limit, and a mindset that treats any losses as the cost of entertainment — not as a problem to be recovered.

Tools Available

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps in your account settings.
• Session Reminders: Configure time alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform at any time by contacting support.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net wagering activity.

If gaming is causing stress, financial difficulty or impacting your relationships, please stop playing and use the self-exclusion option. Full guidance is available on the Responsible Gaming page. B9 Download is for adults 18 and over only.

9. Privacy & Data

B9 Download collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that document. Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud and comply with applicable obligations.

• B9 Download does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your payment details (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account, card numbers) are handled securely and are never stored in plain text.
• B9 Download may share information with identity verification providers, payment processors and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the B9 Download platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, design elements and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of B9 Download or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any B9 Download content without prior written permission.

Game content provided by third-party game studios remains the intellectual property of those studios. B9 Download operates such content under licensing arrangements. Any unauthorised use of game content is a violation of both these Terms and applicable intellectual property law.

11. Limitation of Liability

B9 Download provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime, accuracy and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the complete absence of errors. To the fullest extent permissible, B9 Download excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, data or opportunity arising from platform downtime or technical errors.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss connected to your use of the platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to follow these Terms, including losses due to unauthorised account access resulting from inadequate credential security on your part.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your bank.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

B9 Download reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that:

• You have breached any part of these Terms.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering or other prohibited activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continuing to operate your account poses a risk to the platform, other players or the integrity of games.
• You have requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting B9 Download support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance after deduction of applicable bonus amounts will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

13. Changes to These Terms

B9 Download may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, B9 Download may also notify registered players via the email address on their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Your continued use of B9 Download after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with changes, you should close your account and cease using the platform.
